Payment Policy

Payments for Umrah tour packages with Ummat Tour and Travels are to be made according to the following schedule:
A deposit of 20% of the total package cost is required at the time of booking.
The subsequent payment of 50% of the total package cost is due one month before the departure date.

The remaining balance of 30% must be paid no later than 21 days prior to the departure date.

Failure to complete the full payment 21 days before departure will result in the cancellation of the booking without prior notice.

Cancellation Charges:

Cancellation charges apply as follows:
If the cancellation is made prior to 30 days of the departure date, a cancellation charge of 20% of the total package cost will be deducted.

If the cancellation is made prior to 15 days of the departure date, a cancellation charge of 50% of the total package cost will be deducted.

If the cancellation is made within 14 days of the departure date or in case of a No Show, a cancellation charge of 75% of the total package cost will be deducted.
